We had not been sure, if our GAZ is equipped with differential locks or not. First info was that this is a rare option.
In the mean time we received the info, that this feature is implemented with self-locking differentials as the standard for GAZ 66 and one of the reasons, why the GAZ is handling off-road challenges that well. Thanks to Ural 375 for the info.
Nachdem wir eine Zeit lang gerätselt haben, ob in unserem GAZ auch die – nach erster Information wohl eher seltenen – selbst sperrenden Achsen verbaut sind haben wir mittlerweile erfahren, dass diese wohl gar nicht so selten sind, sondern zur Serienausstattung gehören.
Schön, dass wir damit dieses Feature auch haben – und Danke in Richtung Ural 375.
